Worst service. Called to make an appointment and was told it was too complicated to give me an appointment (just a cut and highlights) even though I was being very flexible. Maybe they are not taking new customers? I was given good recommendations for this place. But the customer service was not at all acceptable.

Alice is an excellent hairdresser and her prices are very reasonable. I prefer to come here instead of going elsewhere.
