I called to make a new patient appointment with Dr. Coia, but my experience with the receptionist was very disappointing. She was unprofessional and unfriendly throughout the call. English is not my first language, but I communicate clearly. She made comments about having difficulty understanding me, which felt disrespectful and she sarcastically said, “Hope you have your insurance card,” which came across as rude. Stopped before I even got in, the women who answers the phone is not the person you should hire. Rude and uninformed.

I have been attempted to call email. they just dont answer the phone or reply to voicemails. now im about to start datalogging the ammount of times i call them and ut them online.

very awful office to their patients Dr is good but staff in office is completely incompetent and inconsiderate they have a serious problems with not answering their phone it’s like a weird thing that the woman works there does she’s rude n disrespectful on the phone her job is to answer the phone how hard is it to answer a phone that’s ring ring ring ringing pls find new staff that actually picks up the phones when patients are calling and this place would be great
