Jacob Beane PA is both my and my husband’s PCP. Moving to RI I had three PCPs before finding Coia Primary Care. Jacob is through, compassionate, patient, and doesn’t rush you out of the office. He is responsive on the portal, and he follows up as he says he will. The office staff has always been incredibly pleasant to work with. Sometimes I have to call and leave a message, but they get back to me quickly usually.
I called to make a new patient appointment with Dr. Coia, but my experience with the receptionist was very disappointing. She was unprofessional and unfriendly throughout the call. English is not my first language, but I communicate clearly. She made comments about having difficulty understanding me, which felt disrespectful and she sarcastically said, “Hope you have your insurance card,” which came across as rude. Very nice doctor and PA
Stopped before I even got in, the women who answers the phone is not the person you should hire. Rude and uninformed.
I have been attempted to call email. they just dont answer the phone or reply to voicemails. now im about to start datalogging the ammount of times i call them and ut them online.
