We have only been here since October and Mary has wrongfully evicted us with no write ups. She doesn’t comply with her own lease and has harassed us non stop even verbally. This is not a place to live. No privacy and accuses you for anything. We have had nothing but non stop court cases. Definitely look somewhere else if you’re looking for an apartment.
While the landlord is good at keeping the place clean and free of unlawful things, she is also more of a dictator than a landlord. For some reason I can’t get in contact with anyone to ask about my lease. The rules she gave when I moved in are not on the lease and they kept changing even though she said they weren’t coming from her. Weird. I would not suggest living here if you are under the age of 65, because that’s the only people she doesn’t harass constantly.
I live at cohutta view and Mary Sumner is an excellent manager she keeps this place near and clean and makes sure her Tennant's have a nice safe place to live she is fair and treats us very good l admire her and respect her for the awesome job she does satisfied Tennant Libby Cox
Unless the manager gets fired and a better one replaces Mary, do not move here. It is terrible. She comes in without a notice, I was sleeping one morning and without knocking, the exterminator just walked in. Daughter wasn't allowed to play outside with any toys, only run around and play on swing set there that was for kids twice her age, no chalk was even allowed. Awful place, needs new management! They don't even follow there own rules!
Great place to live. No riff raff allowed and the Manager is very nice and courteous to all the people and visitors. Clean grounds and just a great place to live
Not a good place to rent think they can just come in anytime they want too even when you are not home needs a new manager
