Their primary focus seems to be profit rather than taking responsibility for the condition of their properties and the quality of service provided. One of the properties, specifically the McLaughlin apartment, has significant issues. There is black mold present, emitting a strong odor and spreading throughout the room and common areas. Great service, I would highly recommend . I always get money on time, very reliable
I needed to rent my place while i am away. Got some reccomendation and i didntbregret it. Andy took proffesional pictures and have listed my property on multiple places and i gotbrent it out quickly. No i am renting it all the time as i realized it makes great money
