We started complaining about our stove in May of 2017. We've had two maintenance requests, talked to management about it twice, and talked to the maintenance person once. Finally, after almost a year, we're supposed to get a new stove installed today, Friday 4/6/18. I took the day off so that I could be here for it. Maintenance never showed up. There's nobody in the office and there's been nobody at the maintenance garages. No word at all. I'm extremely pissed off.
Dawn from the management staff has been really helpful and easy to work with regarding any questions or concerns I or my fiancée have had about our apartment or rental agreement. She has been working very diligently with us to improve our living situation by having work done on the apartment regarding moisture and structural damage concerns that went ignored by the prior management staff. Wonderful management staff with Affinity at Coho Run. Dawn is very attentive and quick to address any issues we have had. Affinity has made many improvements to the property since changing ownership. They are also doing much needed renovations to our unit and building. We are very happy with the changes, and feel that we have been taken care of here.
