I have lived here for 2+ years also, & if you have a family & need shelter you take what you are offered. It really is not that bad here. It is the people around here, I keep to myself & its all good :)

Beth:I have no idea what you are talking about I live in Coho and have never had a problem with mice but that could be because I clean my apartment and take out my garbage on a daily basis. As far as Maintenance goes I have no complaints, all I have to do is report the problem and they fix it right away. As far as management I dont know when you lived here but the ladies in the office are nice and doing their job. i live up in achorage and i had a friend live there and the place was horible. no maintence work done, drug dealers everywhere, her place was full of mice cause they lived out close to the mountain, she complained to the management and they didnt do nothing, don matson is ruthless and uncaring for his tennents. i seen a fake monitor by the trash to where anyone can dump trash, don, u cant pay for real monitor? lol! all the managements does is sit around on there butt and do nothing but throw people out left and right after t... read more
I have to agree with everyone. this place is neglected by the owner. They treat tennents like they were nothing and there is never a maintence personh around. The apartments are neglected. Don matsen needs to dish out sum of his money to put a fence around the playground because there are people around there and there have been bears known to walk around and even go inside buildings. Another neglected place by Don Matson. The place is old, full of mold, (no matter how hard you clean it still gets moldy) the heat doesnt work, and there is a playground with NO fence! Children play on this playground and this is a heavy populated area of bears. Tennets have to clean around outside themselves or they get evicted and the manager/owner has no regards of who made the mess...believe me, you wouldnt want to live there.
