This past week was amazing working with Chad and Tonya at Coho Athletics. A friend had introduced me to there gym and I'm very impressed with their structure and routine and teaching style. I would highly recommend CoHo Athletics to anyone seeking a good gym to get back into shape. I've been a member for quite a while and I brought my mom in as a guest. She's 64, never done any kind of weights or crossfit style of excercises. Everyone was very welcoming and kind to her. Coach Tawnya very expertly explained the movements we were going to do and scaled them appropriately to her level. My mom was impressed and learned a great deal to add to her regular routine
