The wife and I moved in around 2018. It looked like a decent property and we enjoyed the Midtown/Peachtree Battle area, so we thought CoHo would be a good fit. However, we were sadly mistaken. We could deal with disappoint we experienced with management and the community as a whole, but when living there impacted our personal safety and the safety of our newborn, we had to pack it up and get out as quickly as possible.
