Trash everywhere. Management company is deaf when it comes to complaints from their neighbors. Drive by this dump before you ever decide to rent.
do they have washer and dryer hook ups in the units ?
My mother finally moved out of them places. When she moved we vacuumed the whole apartment it was spic and span becasue we wanted her to get her deposit back. She called them and they told her that because the oven (which was dirty when she moved in) and the refrigerator were not cleaned and there were a couple of leaves on the floor that had fell off when removing a plant that she would only get $175 out of $400 from her deposit. So if you live in these horrible places don't worry about cleaning it when you leave.
My mother lives there and I can't wait till she moves. It started out great but when the hands changed it is terrible now. U go to pay rent and no one's ever there and they never answer the phone. The places are real nice and roomy but other than that it's horrible.
