Lack of communication was a huge issue. They took advantage of my wife's situation after she was seriously injured. Initially told us they would only take 23 percent of our settlement and then took 25 at the end of the case. Cost us $25k to do what we could've done without a lawyer. Honestly I think it's pretty evil to take advantage of someone's horrible situation like that. Two thumbs down for me.
