I renewed my year lease with them. Molly was my direct contact to cohesion and they always got my maintenance done within 1-2 days of requesting. The property itself is in a great neighborhood. Got some free essential oils soaps when I moved in then a free drill through piñata app for reporting my rent on time. I highly recommend them as property owners!

We have rented from Cohesion for the last three years & they have been incredible every step of the way! They have handled every situation with great professionalism & also great care. They are extremely responsive & easy to work with. Every issue that we’ve had come up has been taken care of quickly & efficiently. You can tell they really care not only about their homes but the people who occupy them. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
Lisa and Taylor are the greatest. They worked with us to get in to a property last minute and made the process super easy. If you’re looking for a rental they’re the ones to call. Also, needed a few repairs when we moved in and they had the repairs completed in a timely matter. Kudos to Lisa and Taylor!! Thank you so much.
