I scheduled on the 10th of January 2021 for them to come to my new place that I just purchased to remove trash that was left behind by the previous owner. He agreed to do it on the 11th and I said that was fine. Then, when it came time to show up his personnel never came. They never called to reschedule and I called them. These guys were great! I was at work when I scheduled the pick-up, but we left the junk in the driveway. They called when they arrived and before they left, sent before and after pictures, were able to accommodate a much larger load then we originally anticipated, and took payment over the phone. Can't recommend them enough.

Very professional, provided estimated quote over the phone, credit card payment option available, 30 min advance arrival notification, & same day pick up! Hauled away old fence sections, heavy outdoor items, & lg yard waste. Price was good. What it would have cost to rent a truck/trailer ($90-$150 for 3hrs from HD), time, energy, gas/refill, drop off at junk yard/fees ($50-$200), return truck, etc.. It was worth paying $380.
