Be careful going to this place, I expect fraudulent and possibly discriminatory behavior. I went in for an eyeglass and contact lens exam, which I’m entitled to annually according to my insurance documentation. Once I got there, I was told by a front desk employee that I am not covered because my insurance requires me to reach a 10k deductible. I've been coming here for seven years and I'm floored every time by how courteous and professional everyone is. I had an appointment scheduled this morning at the wrong location, totally my fault, and everyone acted as if I had made their day by showing up unannounced. Whoever runs this place should be teaching business management classes at Harvard.
