I have been going to this Cohen’s location for a few years now and find the office manager, Michael’s, customer service remarkable. Very old school customer first, prompt, and friendly! Today, I had an appointment with Dr. Jaime Schwarz for the first time and was very impressed! She was super smart, patient with her time, and simply kind. More reason to continue getting my contacts and glasses here. A true gem.
I’ve literally been going here for over 20 years my glasses needed to be tightened so when they tightened it, they tighten the screw too tight that it broke my frame. Now I’m stuck with no glasses or to come out of pocket for their mistakes: fashion optical is a really a joke.

I had a wonderful experience from scheduling my exam to picking out my frames. Being new to having an eye prescription, the staff were very patient and super informative with me.
