Horrible customer service. Just picked up my glasses, they didn't even have the appropriate case for the glasses. I also picked up some trial contacts and they didn't have supplies for that as well. The lady there was just rude and didn't really care much at all. I guess they only act nice and professional until they get you to order and once they have already have gotten paid then they show their true colors. Im disgusting by her ignorance.
Very very disappointed after being a customer for more than 10+ years and taking my whole family there. I will no longer go or recommend anyone to go there agian ...the staff is not friendly ,everything is expensive and to get you ,the glasses/frames they have for insurances are the worst .. making very very hard for people with budget to even afford it. ..I bought a pair of plastic no name brand for 250. Years ago the staff would have given it to me for free . The only person there that's nice is the doctor ..
Alice and the team here are so friendly, encouraging, and helpful. Quick and easy eye exam. Unlimited patience and a cheerleading section for your glasses selection. Turnaround was stupid fast. Been here before and will keep coming back.
So far I had a good experience at this place. The representatives, Maria and Alice were nice and helpful. Maria listened to my needs and helped me out a lot. Dr. Basic was also very nice. Recommended!
Brought my prescription here thinking they would do a good job and they mishandled it to the point of having to redo the glasses 3 times. I asked for 2 sets of reading glasses and they gave me two sets of distance. The variety of mistakes continued from there and It took over 6 weeks of going back and forth to pick up glasses with the wrong prescription and lens shape. Wish I had never gone here.
