I am quite alarmed to receive a balance due on my 21oct2019 Cohen purchase at bay terrace cohen . In 2018 I purchased the same frame/rx. 2019 purchase was for polarized sunglasses with identical frame/rx. I have eyemed insurance. I was told the insurance covers the glasses and I must add 150 dollars for the polarized. I agreed and paid 150 out of pocket.
