I bought glasses in March for $400, they broke on the leg, by opening slightly too hard....owner won't honor any warranty at all. This is my 1st and last purchase here....buying eyeglasses for over 40 yrs and this is the 1st time a place will not honor any type of warranty! Also was the 1st time buying Prada brand, obviously made like cheap garbage with a big price tag!
I can't say enough about the service at Cohen's Fashion Optimal in Shirley!!! As a busy Doc at Whitaker Chiropractic & Acupuncture Wellness Center in Center Moriches, I have found them to be nothing less than great. Recently, I was in a rush and selected an eyeglass frame that I discovered when I picked up my glasses was too small for my face. I was quite distraught and Leslie rectified the problem on the spot, at no additional cost to me! Kudos for this unbelievable service!
