Unfortunately, I felt my vision getting worse and worse. I decided to book an eye exam with Cohen’s and I’m delighted to say it was a great experience. First of all, the staff are among some of the best I’ve dealt with. Secondly, the process was way easier than I thought it would be. They accepted my insurance, and I found out later on their website that they actually accept a variety of insurance providers, that is helpful to know for future reference. I was delighted by my visit, 10/10 would recommend checking them out.
Excellent service, people are so friendly and professional. I would recommend them. Especially Joyce who has great knowledge and is very friendly. She offered a great deal for Prada’s frames I loved. I was impressed. Thank you!
Great service. I went in just to look and found a pair of glasses I loved and was able to get an appointment the following day. During the eye exam, the optometrist explained everything clearly and efficiently. I was told it would take roughly 10 days for my glasses which was good but got a message two days later to say they were ready! The lenses are of fantastic quality. Will go back for my next pair!
Service is second to none. I was able to get an appointment the day after I inquired. The optometrist was able to articulate everything in a way that was easy to understand and was more than happy to answer any questions I had. I was told it would take roughly 7 days for my glasses to arrive but got a call three days later to say they were ready! The staff was amazing. Warm, friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you and I will recommend you to my family and friends, super happy with my frames and lenses.
I had a wonderful experience at Cohen’s. Irene was so attentive and made me feel comfortable and heard while answering my questions and assessing my eyes. Marry was also equally brilliant. She was so kind and welcoming. Overall one of the best customer service experiences.
A lovely team who did more comprehensive testing than I have received at other places and were happy to answer all my questions. Irene was super nice and patient while I was trying dozens of frames :) I would happily recommend them.
