One of the worst experiences I have ever had in any place of business. Spent at least $800 on two pair of glasses two separate times. The manager Jessica is one of the nastiest people i have ever talked to in customer service. She did nothing to try and fix the problem and it became a screaming match between the two of us. Things got out of hand security needed to be called and she was beyond disrespectful and unprofessional. Not only do they have my money still they also still have my glasses.
