Stay away! Bait and switch – Went here to use my insurance, which was supposed to be accepted there. They said they take it, but it came out to like 50 dollars then they said I was responsible for the rest. Let's just say it was like 600! I said no way and went somewhere else and still got a designer frame and everything for like 75. I don't understand how they can charge six times more then everyone else. I used to go here a long time ago but I think owners are different and not nice either.
Ripoff!!!!!! And a disgusting dump – First of all I paid ninety dollars for a great contact lens exam and then the owner, Russian, wouldn't give me the prescription. Said that I had to buy the contacts from them, sounded really fishy. Why can't I have the prescription that I paid for? Then, their prices for glasses lens are WAY higher then everywhere else. Seems like a scam to me. Stay away. Go somewhere that doesn't advertise on the subway.
Avoid! – I've just discovered that they have been overcharging me for contact lens for the past year! Please avoid and give your business to a honest establishment.
Got a good deal and great glasses – My daughter and I went to this location, we were referred by my sister in law. My daughter wanted some fashion frames for her birthday and when we went in she tried on at least thirty pairs of frames before she found the two (yes two) that she wanted, they gave us a great deal on the 2 pairs. She got her eye exam and we got her glasses the following day. All in all we had a really good experience here.
