I bought a pair of glasses for my daughter. The salesperson sold us crizal anti-glare for extra money promising it was top of the line coating. I was skeptical due to a previous bad experience with anti-glare coating peeling off and destroying a new pair of glasses. However, she kept pushing it on us and finally convinced us it would be worth it. Additionally, I purchased a year warranty (just in case). Horrible customer service! – If I had an option I wouldn't even rate them 1-star! But the system requires a rating. I walked into this store hoping that they would provide me a good customer experience. Why assume that a business would care about helping and being friendly to their customers! The associate was unfriendly and did not care to assist me with understanding my request. I felt like telling him "hello are you listening to what I am saying".
