I've been going here for almost ten years for epilepsy. It's taken 2 months and his staff still can't properly fax a medical review to the dmv so i can get my dl back. not to mention i just got a bill from collections because last august when they checked my levels they didnt bill my insurance correctly, the one that hasnt changed in 3 years! will be switching doctors asap.

No, there was no annoying music Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? No, there weren't many to choose from

Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
