I paid 1100$ to Dr. Cohen with in two months since u have to pay upfront. Drs Office is supposed to send claims in for my insurance to remit to me their coverage amount. So far I have not received any monies because of the incompetence and since they have NO fax machine and NO electronic email the claims are mailed out. I have been given excuse after excuse in the past month. I’m ready to call the PA Consumer Protection office and BBB
They saved my teeth!!!! Melinda is great at setting up appointments, and all the staff works well with patients.
