I am continually blown away at the service from Cohen Law Firm. David has been professional, fair and extremely responsive to any contract revisions. He has designed an industry accepted standard for contracts, given great advice in negotiations, expressing his professional opinion, yet allowing for the flexibility of our unique situation. No pressure, just solid advice as we have navigated this new and daunting process. I would very highly recommend David and Cohen Law Firm, there really is no reason to look elsewhere!

I have been referred to Mr. Cohen by a friend who happened to buy a practice at the same time. David was so professional and knew well about dental business and office acquisitions. His feedbacks were in timely fashion, and would follow-up with other parties in instances of delay. I did enjoy working with him and would seek his services in any future affairs and definitely would recommend him to my friends.

David was incredible for me throughout a very difficult dental practice acquisition. He was very flexible with my individual needs and adapting to my changing needs. I have really enjoyed working with David Cohen. He is very down-to-earth.
