I don't know where to start with this review, as I try to look at both sides of an issue. With the health of my mother on the line, I have tried to work with Dr. Cohen and his forever changing staff. It would take much to long to share all of my concerns, so I'll highlight a few. 1. Calling the office is often Mission Impossible. Very bad office personnel service. Don't expect someone to answer the phone before waiting a minimum of 20 minutes on hold. Whoever answers, they are rude and they talk to you as if they are doing you a favor answering the phone. At the end of one visit with Dr. Cohen, I told him that I have a complaint, he immediately interrupted me saying "I know - Waiting too long on hold . . . there is nothing I can do about it). Im the care taker for my 83 year old uncle and we been going there since the end of July. Nothing but bad experiences since we been there. No one answers the phone , can't get ahold of no one to schedule/ reschedule appointments, Th STAFF IS VERY KIND AND APOLOGETIC I UNDERSTAND THERE BUSY BUT MAYBE THEY SHOULD HIRE A PHONE CLERK OR SOMETHING. when we are in the room waiting to be seen other patients have walked in on my uncle one time it was during a physical, not only all of that the wait time is never less than 3 hours. Getting thru to the office on the phone is impossible. Once went in just to get a prescription refill and took me 3 hours.

OFFICE STAFF IS DEPLORABLE. THEY DO NOT CARE AT ALL ABOUT ANYONE, NOT THE PATIENTS NOR THE DOCTORS, they are there for paychecks. Dr Cohen has been my elderly mom's doctor for many years now. He is one of the best doctors we've ever found for her, but as other reviews indicate, his office staff has recently become intolerable. They were never great, but I don't need attention or for someone to "care" so as long as they were doing their jobs I don't care about their attitudes.
