I have to say that Dr. Cohen was a very thorough and efficient in helping my husband during his cancer issue. His staff and himself was very kind and patient with us through this whole ordeal. His attention to details and speedy response time to my husband's cancer I believe is the reason he is cured today. I have been a patient of dr. Cohen for a few years now, he is a very nice guy and a good doctor. He does always seem to be in a rush and the staff is always extremely busy. The girls who work with the patients in the back office are very sweet and as well as the one receptionist,you can tell they are trying thier best but are over whelmed at many time. A very knowledgable and capable doctor; he has good 'bedside manner' and listened carefully to my questions, providing precise answers. HIs practice is very busy and that may be a bit challenging at times. However his capability to process thoroughly the medical issue is the price of not providing 'cookie-cutter' treatments. Perhaps this is a bit of a problem for some patients who are asked to wait a few minutes. His staff was able to reschedule appointments. I highly recommend these adorable doctors and P.A. because they were very knowledgeable and funny.
Dr. Cohen is the most compassionate and patient doctor I have ever met. I brought my father in for an emergency situation at Dr. Cohen's urging and I know that he saved his life. He took the extra time to explain things to me and my family. He spent a lot of time making my father feel good about what was going on, which was quite scary for my father. Agree with all comments about this office! Totally unprofessional staff but Cohen is a great Urologist! Find new staff, they suck and agree are confrontational and don't explain anything to anyone. Also their glass window does not meet HIPA laws for privacy. Will be looking for new urologist and do recommend that if he stays practicing to take on med students and get rid of staff!
Dr. Cohen and his staff are extremely unprofessional and need a lesson on customer service. First off he had us waiting almost 2 hours for our appointment and became extremely rude and confrontational when we complained and said that we were leaving.
