I took my two sons to WestMed and after three visits we are never going back!! They use an outdated phone system to make appointments and speak with doctors, which results in a call back many hours later and risk for phone tag (which happened every time to me, bringing me back to front desk and leaving multiple messages for doctors). Amazing Pediatrician!! Very thorough, compationate and does a great job communicating with the kids. My son is 8 yrs old and has been with Dr. Cohen since he was born.
Dr. Cohen is very good with my two boys. He speaks directly to them and has a great way about him. He is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.
