Noel Cohen is a very nice person whom i had the pleasure of working with 15 years ago when looking for my first apartment. Noel Cohen is a professional. As a seller of a property built in 1901 Noel was hands on and timely in addressing unforeseen issues (there were many). He is the go to person in difficult situations and he came through with the winning goal every time. He didn’t hesitate once to find solutions to the smallest problem.
