Noel was the only person that gave me that hands on experience- a rarity in this day . The consummate problem solver - my experience with him was a departure from other agents that you never hear back from once they have your listing . Just a gem !!!

Noel Cohen is a very nice person whom i had the pleasure of working with 15 years ago when looking for my first apartment. He was very patient with me, communicative, helpful and overall excellent at what he does. I lived in the same apartment for 15 yrs till this day. Noel Cohen is a professional. As a seller of a property built in 1901 Noel was hands on and timely in addressing unforeseen issues (there were many). He is the go to person in difficult situations and he came through with the winning goal every time. He didn’t hesitate once to find solutions to the smallest problem.
