Worthless… The doctors are nice, but everything else is horrible and you can’t get help when you need it, follow-ups don’t happen, and you’re left going to urgent care or ER due to no/late responses. Called multiple times today for an x-ray on my child with no response. I finally got in touch with someone now in the late afternoon who told me at this point they wouldn’t get the results today, there were no doctors there today in any case, and to take child to ER if we were really worried. Dr. Buetti and the nursing team are absolutely fantastic, and we’ve had great experiences with them. Unfortunately, the front desk staff has been a huge disappointment and has made it impossible for us to continue as patients. The staff is consistently rude, disorganized, and difficult to work with. Scheduling appointments feels like a challenge, and follow-up calls are often forgotten despite being promised.
