Dr. belittled my son that was in pain. I could hear him yelling from the lobby - he was bully like. Saying he has no medical records .. of course you don’t you are not his Dr. you are an Urgent Clinic where people go when their Dr’s are closed. How about instead of yelling and belittling you examine your patient?! You know your job what you swore to do?! Worst place ever will NOT be back and will NOT recommend to ANYONE!

I was there this morning and it was wonderful...staff courteous and i was very pleased with the PA.
Northwell Health facilities are very clean. The staff are polite and helpful. I usually do not have to wait long before seen. If so, there are other locations close enough to go for shorter wait. Beats waiting in the ER.
My brother was in a car accident today and went to this urgent care. GoHealth refused to see him! They told him if he didn't have an insurance claim they could not see him and turned him away. I am absolutely appalled that they would turn away someone who clearly was in need and had insurance. How is this acceptable to turn away someone who was in serious medical need? I am absolutely sickened by this. This seriously needs to be evaluated.
