I do like that it is a single physician office and not crowded . The customer service was ok . It is not my favorite however, will be switching soon. However, I do love that he is well experienced. I have only been one time so willing to give it a shot .
literally so unprofessional. We had an appt today for my babygirl & when we arrive it said office is closed because they couldnt come in today, yet nobody cared to call the ones with appts? so we just wasted gas etc? also the lady at the front desk has always had attitude too its disgusting shes bratty. im late on this review but this drs office is bad. the nurse i think he was though has always been nice… so he gets 5 stars. the rest though i wish i could give 0 stars lol…. theyre always late too
The doctors are extremely nice.Dr. Cohen called me himself to follow up regarding test results for my newborn. As for the front desk...She is horrible. Always extremely rude! She either needs training in customer service or to be replaced with someone that knows what they are doing. The availability is also not good considering they are working with children. No scheduling ahead and usually no availability within the same month. Hopefully those things improve...but we have been much happier elsewhere.
The doctors are great, but the front desk 🤬. I have never seen someone so rude (Tonya). She has a HORRIBLE ATTITUDE. I would not recommend anyone to this office. I honestly don't know how she still has a job.
Don’t even waste your time. Facility was filthy. I had to fill out 10 pages of first time patient paperwork. Waited for 55 minutes to be called back by someone who didn’t even look like he worked there. No one was wearing scrubs which I thought was weird. We never saw the Dr. and a nurse practitioner with stains all over her shirt could barely answer any of my questions or concerns. I was told my son needed to see a specialist/cardiologist but they never followed up and called me with the referral like they said they would. ... read more
