It's amazing how great I feel after Brenda's high intensity workouts: Insanity, P90x, Ab lab and many more. She is a terrific coach ( always offers modifications) and all the members of CFC are super friendly! ❤️ being a member of CFC.
CFC has a great variety of fitness activities that are provided in a fun and supportive environment.
CFC is the place to be! This is due to an extremely hardworking/dedicated owner who knows how to motivate her members. Also a very well kept/clean facility.
