Worst place to learn swimming! Non experienced coaches, no make up or did not arrange make up class for you ! Do not waste your money!
They were good at the outset but later started changing up instructors very often. Some instructors would not start on time but would end the lesson on time or even earlier. Our last instructor was extremely distracted during the lesson and would always start the lesson 5-7 mts late and end earlier than the allotted time. We still have $ invested with them and they don’t return calls or respond to emails to schedule lessons. What a waste of $ and time.
Do not get swimming lessons from them! One of their instructors teaching my little 4 year old used an aggressive maneuver by grabbing her head and rotating her neck. The instuctor also gave my daughter scowling looks throughout the lesson. My little one is now terrified to have any type of swimming lessons. I did notify the owner and she said each instructor has their own way of teaching and refused to give me a refund for what I have paid for. Stay Away!
My son went here and he loved it! He was scared of water his teacher November was awesome! He now jumps and enjoy the water! Cogua is well worth money! Hope to attend again soon! Everyone is friendly and welcoming! Thank you🙂
Very unprofessional. Non responsive to phone calls letters. Lessons were not worth it. My son is a jr life guard and he did a much better job teaching him.
My two sons loved their lessons with Mr. Adrian, but communication and organization seem highly lacking in the management of everything. I would send emails and get the auto reply saying someone would respond within 48 hours. The responses were always late including one time it went unanswered for almost 2 weeks. There was also no one from management in the office a lot of the times I would go in for lessons, so I couldn’t communicate in that way either. The instructor quality is hit and miss also. Constantly changing instructors. I bought lessons last year, and now he wants to charge registration fee when my lessons are not completed used. Stay away of this company, they will charge you whatever they want.
Watch For this place we just signed up and started lesson a couple weeks ago and now they are telling us we have to pay more money because they are not making any money. and we paid up front when i asked for my money back they said ok all put you on the list. I told him that's not how it works you can't raise your rates after a contract is signed. And if you want to void it you need to return my money right away. They do not know how to run a business and he said he had been in business for 10 years doesn't make sense to me.... read more
