I have been using Cognisys gear since their inception - I guess about 10 years now. The reasons their gear stands alone in the marketplace are multifold: First, it is abundantly clear the equipment was designed by people who *know* about photography. Second, the quality of each product is obvious as soon as you touch it. Well engineered, substantial, rugged, yet tactile and friendly. Third is ease of use.
