Do not move to 78 Rue Dollar. This has been the worst property management experience I have ever dealt with. The management company is disorganized, unprofessional, and completely unaccountable. There has been constant turnover, and multiple people hired to manage the property clearly had no idea what they were doing. Management at Le Vibe is highly disappointing, with misplaced priorities. Despite demanding high rent, the building is poorly maintained. Security is a major issue, with homeless individuals frequently entering, sleeping inside, damaging the building, stealing mail packages , and rummaging through garbage. Drug paraphernalia, including needles and pipes, are often found in the stairwells. The front door has remained damaged and unrepaired for an extended period, further compromising safety. My mom lives in a senior residence in Regina, SK., which Cogir Inc. manages. The rent for her one-bedroom apartment went up 8.5% this year. Cogir is a management company whose only goal is to make money and, in this case, take advantage of older people. My recommendation is to find out who manages the residence your loved ones live in and avoid Cogir Inc.
