Without question, this is the most incompetent and unprofessional property management company I have ever encountered. The way this building is managed is an absolute disgrace. After a worker was attacked by a pit bull at Le Vibe in Hull, you still chose to allow the tenant and the dog to remain in the building. That decision speaks volumes about where your priorities lie. Do not move to 78 Rue Dollar. This has been the worst property management experience I have ever dealt with. The management company is disorganized, unprofessional, and completely unaccountable. There has been constant turnover, and multiple people hired to manage the property clearly had no idea what they were doing. Management at Le Vibe is highly disappointing, with misplaced priorities. Despite demanding high rent, the building is poorly maintained. Security is a major issue, with homeless individuals frequently entering, sleeping inside, damaging the building, stealing mail packages , and rummaging through garbage. Drug paraphernalia, including needles and pipes, are often found in the stairwells. The front door has remained damaged and unrepaired for an extended period, further compromising safety.
