When they took over the management of our Viva Cite building 2 years ago things started going badly. Their employees are rude, swear at us “in one word bully the residents” and definitely have no consideration for our well being. All they are interested in is the money. 5% raise every year. i rented this place with a 3 year lease with the understanding that this would remain a 50+ location.
