It pains me to write this. Bill is a talented wall covering expert, however his lack of professionalism is a head-scratcher. He worked with us on a renovation in Camden, SC. We got down to the last section, an archway, and needed more wallpaper. He promised to finish the job when additional materials arrived, which they did in a couple weeks. That was over 3 months ago.
