I bought my dad's headstone from that that company and I am so sorry I gave those people my money. They should not be in buisness how they treat people. May God have mercy on their greedy souls. I pray that God will step on and make these people pay back all these people they have wronged. FRAUD is what they ate doing there should be some justice.
I know what you mean, all they are good for is giving you the run around and not the product that you ordered. I do not think they should be in business!!!
I would not recommend that you patronize this company. It is bad enough that you are having to experience the loss of your loved one that brings you to need these services, but the the company is very late in delivery of their product with only excuse after excuse, but the customer service is very lacking. In fact, it was my experience that the owner was very agressive, verbally abusive, insensitvie and just non-sympathetic to my loss and needs.
