Thanx, to all the stars in the parts dept & service writer for going the extra mile making sure our battery warranty was valid. Every staffer involved was personable. Sadly, our wife came along, she felt all the paper work & the time involved (2) Hrs was too long for a walk in with battery in hand transaction. Having worked in dealerships I know how goofy procedures can be so next time leave wife at home😬🤔.
