Thanx, to all the stars in the parts dept & service writer for going the extra mile making sure our battery warranty was valid. Every staffer involved was personable. Sadly, our wife came along, she felt all the paper work & the time involved (2) Hrs was too long for a walk in with battery in hand transaction. Having worked in dealerships I know how goofy procedures can be so next time leave wife at home🤔.

This was my first visit to Coggin Deland Honda; I brought in my 2012 Honda Odyssey for routine work and to have it checked over for any other issues. My service advisor was Seth; he was friendly, professional, and patient. He listened to my concerns when I dropped of my van, gave me a detailed diagnosis with clear explanations of each recommendation, and he communicated with me as things progressed throughout the day.
