If I could give a ZERO star I would. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE TO GET WORKED ON. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Nobody calls you back and they never put an ounce of effort into helping you out. I brought them a brand new van that was having wiring issues and they have yet to call back in a week with any updates. I had an amazing experience with the service department. They were straight and to the point not trying to sell you anything more then you need, My appointment was super fast nothing but good things to say. Thank you Steve for the great customer service, I’ll definitely be a returning customer.
Editing my review since the new service manager was very responsive, understanding, and timely in correcting the issues I encountered a year ago. Service department is rude and dishonest. Advise going anywhere else.
The service department will treat you right. Edit: Previous issue which has been resolved by new management.
