I had to get my ford focus fixed for a power steering issue here and I cannot say enough positive things about their service department. Danielle my service advisor was fantastic. She kept me apprised and up to date on every development with the repairs and was super responsive when calling with additional questions. I sent my car in for a recall notice at 8 o’clock in the morning their valet picked it up from my house I asked for the car to be returned by 3:30 at 3:10 in the afternoon they have not even started working on my car and would not have it back to me by the time I asked for it to be done. No phone calls no follow up the service manager there is nothing but a huge screwup. So they are bringing the car back to me without anything being done to it at all a whole day wasted.

Bought a vehicle 6.5 months ago. The car is going to cost me a total of $10000.00. I have spent $3540 00 in repairs. Don't go here...they tell you they inspect your car before giving it to you. Well I have had to replace the TCM in this car already. So beware. I have tried reaching out to you Kevin. So how about you find my phone # in your data base and give me a call...that is if you really want to talk about what has been fixed on my vehicle. Thank you.
