Had a recall on my truck and due to me working I could not go in the dealership. So they came out to my job and did the recall diagnostic. Jake explained and clarified what questions I had. Such a great service! Thank you Jake!
Tried to / still attempting to purchase truck from dealer. It’s been weeks. Truck supposedly arrived last weekend. Can’t get a contract sent my way for life of me. Took my deposit weeks ago and nothing since. Terrible experience
Updated 3/6 - I was speechless when I spoke to Richard the new manager at Coggin. He was so polite and awesome and changed my mind about regretting purchasing from them. I actually felt that I was being heard and that they cared more about me as a customer then the money they received. I love the new management! This is a win for sure.
