By far the worst experience I have ever had, I was told truck was ready to be picked up after over a month in the body shop and when I left work early just to make it there in time to pickup my truck, they told me it’s back in the body shop and won’t be ready for a couple days, this is the most unprofessional ford I have ever been too, terrible service from Steve at the service dept, Abby at the body shop,

I purchased a part on Friday with a core charge. $600+ for said part. I come in today to return the core and as I walk in at 7:30 to the parts counter I sat the box on the counter and made eye contact with a person to the right in the parts dept. He turned his back and said nothing. Behind the glass at the counter is an office with a guy also sitting in there with ear buds in whom also made eye contact with me.
