Unfortunately you cannot put zero stars. I dropped my truck off at 7:30 Thursday morning for a recall and did not receive any updates from my representative. I had to call back multiple times over two days to check on the status of my vehicle and it still was not looked at by the end of the day Friday. My truck sat there for more than two days with nobody working on it and leaving me with no vehicle. I had a coworker who had the same recall service done and they were done in two hours. Jacob has helped me from my very 1st visit at Coggin with a different car until currently now with my new car! He is very knowledgeable & breaks down the why I may or may not to tackle issues & even the order in which I should come in for services. He is very personable & I really appreciate that I don’t feel like I’m being forced into swiping my credit card!
Jacob did an excellent job. He got my car in fast, told me they would text me once the car was ready. Also he explained everything the technician did on my truck. Great job!!
