After waiting for a simple windshield wiper hose for 3 months, Courtney seemed detached from providing good customer service. The technician completed the job within 45 minutes, even though Courtney stated it would take at least two hours. When requesting a shuttle home, she said it would take 30-40 minutes; however, the shuttle never arrived.
Service was great and quick. Melanie was super nice and helpful.
The only place I'll go for service! Courtney, my Service Advisor, is FANTASTIC! Very personable and caring to ensure I was 100% satisfied with my service and Mike, the Service Manager, found a software update to fix an issue I was having with my instrument cluster. Awesome service team and a very well run organization with high quality folks that really do understand the term "customer service!. I'll be back for my next service :-)
