Made an appointment for a recall told him I had to have a loaner car when I arrived. They said they needed my car for 3 to 4 days and had me as a waiter no vehicle now they want to inconvenience me and send me across town to get a car Spending hours of my time for them. Service department needs a wake up call or new management. This isn’t the first time they’ve screwed up the appointment.
