Unacceptable Service and Total Lack of Concern We have been loyal Acura customers for over 10 years and have leased or purchased more than eight vehicles with the brand, but our experience with Coggin Acura Services has been an absolute nightmare. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Coggin Acura Fort Pierce, particularly with General Manager Melvin Burkett. I leased a brand-new 2025 Acura MDX from this dealership on August 23, 2024. Today, with only approximately 30,000 miles, the vehicle has accumulated ten service records and required three starter replacements, a battery replacement, an A/C blower motor replacement, multiple sensor replacements, and continues to experience intermittent electrical issues.
