I have never had such a terrible experience!!! Sales person was great, everyone else was awful!! The finance person I dealt with lied to me to get me to purchase a warranty plan, the. Was totally rude when I went back to cancel once I found out she lied! The car had a few things that needed to be fixed, so they gave me a rental.
