Hi Michael, I understand you're the owner so I'm writing to you. Two days ago my Father and I had a scheduled showing with Lourdes. Lourdes rushed us, was unfriendly and disengaged throughout the 5 minutes we were there and then took us to a second showing of a place that she said we might like, even though I had only requested to see the first one. The agent I worked with, Lourdes, was very good - she was responsive to texts, easy to schedule showings with, and enthusiastic without being pushy. She's been helpful through the renting process.
They are unreachable by the number listed here. I was able to reach someone by happenstance of finding an Ad they posted on Craigslist in which they ask for you to text one of their agents, "Lourdes" who then.... 1. didn't give honest detail about the specific unit i was looking into. They labeled it as a coach house when it was a 6 unit apartment building. 2. They were unprofessional about being asked questions.(specifically having an negative/defense response) 3.
