After a series of miscommunications and some frustrations, a visit with the owner resulted in thorough and professional service for the replacement of an AC unit. The owner is committed to customer service and quality work. This is my second occasion to use Cogburn's and I was extremely impressed with their service. They are clean, efficient, polite, and most importantly, competitively priced. Since Cogburn's zoned my home, my electric bills have gone down considerably. Excellent, old line company. Can't get any better than this.
