I’ve belonged to the COFMA group of physicians for many yrs . My FMD from Cornwall moved to Ottawa and I followed . After she retired I continued with Dr K. Premji. How blessed I am to have such amazing care. Dr Premji is always so kind , professional and genuinely concerned with all my health concerns. She always takes the time to explain lab results , diagnostics and creates a plan best suited for me. The office staff are absolutely wonderful along with the nursing staff as well. Thank you everyone.

Visited the physical location seeing the great reviews- they're not taking patients don't bother. NOT a walk-in clinic despite what google suggested. Receptionist unhelpful, hung up during call at lobby intercom- refused to help when I asked if there were any walk-in clinics near by. Receptionist wanted to end the call ASAP was not cordial.

I want to highlight the amazing job that Rosie at the reception of COFMA Clinic is doing. Every time we call, she is always so kind, helpful, and professional. She handles our concerns with care and makes the process so easy. I also want to thank Dr. Akcakir for her great knowledge and attentive care. She always takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes us feel confident in her care. Thank you to both for making every experience with COFMA Clinic so positive!
