Tag-reading error caused a bill plus service fee to be issued on a car with long-time tag. Impossible to resolve after one hour of hold/talking to Catch-22 service reps. Texas Toll says RMA/Cofiroute USA to blame while RMA says Texas Toll to blame.
I cannot recommend less.
Hands down junk company! Payed my 6 dollar toll bill after it had been marked to 40 plus dollars. Was out of state for a month so i was required to pay their absurd late fees. Then i recieved another toll bill when i haven't even been on that toll again.. never will run it again. Both numbers on bill dosen't work. Can't get in contact with no one about why I've received another bill. Contacting the bbu and the roads and transportation commissions here in Texas
