Worst will do anything to deny a claim. They deny over the smallest situation.
Horrible insurance, they gave me a list of 3 medical suppliers f I r the dexcom G6 glucose meter . 1 the phone number was disconnected, 2 the medical supplier told me cofininity is not registered with them(they are working on that). The 3rd is a different name but the same company as the 2nd. I've called cofininity twice with this issue and I'm am always polite being raised by a Christian mother but their rep was a little snippy with me, apparently they don't have patience for customers with problems.
This is the absolute worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. If you want to pay $30,000 per year and have the company pay for nothing, this is the insurance company for you!!!
First Health network is the worst insurance ever! Don’t waste your money purchasing it. We purchased this insurance for my mother in low who was coming to USA from abroad so she could have an insurance for the time she was spending with us, one of those days she had a chest pain so we took her to the urgent care and they said they accepted her insurance, from there they refer us to an emergency room because of her condition, I called the insurance and they send me to a hospital that was part of the network, the total amount ... read more
