I sent of of my Technicians there today with a broken pull rope for their Backpack Blower and even though there was a little confusion upon his arrival they were able to help us out and got the pull rope replaced in a very timely manner. I would definitely Recommend.
Sold me a leaking chainsaw and refused to fix despite having purchased extended warranty. Avoid this business, there are many other stihl establishments that offer higher quality customer service
