One evening last week our new thermostat (only a few months old) went haywire. Trying to reboot it, I somehow got the screen locked so I couldn't give it any corrective instructions. Called Coffman about 9 p.m on a frigid night , the temperature in the house dropping dramatically, and was called back by Nate Gillan who stayed on the line with me for more than an hour until we managed to get the situation corrected. As I have come to expect Coffman is a great company. Victor and Alan showed up on time and installed my attic fan in half the time I was told to expect. Great service and very polite and professional technicians. I am very happy with them.
We've had Coffman & Company service our HVAC for over 17 years. We had an annual service check, today, accomplished by Clayton. He was punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable. He answered our questions to our satisfaction and offered a few techniques to help us keep our house cooler in summer and warmer in winter.
